Ashfaqul Kabir is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (High Court Division), he has obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia, with a strong foundation in both Common Law and Sharia Law. During his studies, he gained initial professional experience at K.L. Azmi & Associates, working under the head of the Firm, an elected member of the Malaysian Bar Council, and also with a senior partner. Upon returning to Bangladesh, he was enrolled as an Advocate under the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2018 and as an Advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2025.
His practice covers Constitutional Rights, Company and Commercial Law, Admiralty and Maritime Law, and Criminal and Civil matters, encompassing both litigation and advisory work, including cross-border investment. He regularly appears before the High Court Division and approaches every case with dedication and professional integrity.
